All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwin72 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than PHP will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion costs will be borne by the player.

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phwin72 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
All bets placed on the phwin72 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game parameters — are correct before confirming any wager. phwin72 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where phwin72 determines that a technical error has materially affected the outcome.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the phwin72 Platform. phwin72 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event or game that has been suspended or cancelled, or placed in circumstances where phwin72 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event or game has been compromised. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting session, phwin72 will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, phwin72 may void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player. phwin72 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

phwin72 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phwin72 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that are beyond phwin72's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwin72's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of termination for cause, phwin72 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, void any pending bets, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, phwin72 will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your phwin72 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
